A MAN AT 60 SHOT TO DEATH IN NKWANTA SOUTH, OTI REGION

A man believed to be 60 years and above known as AGODZI DANIEL was also shot to death yesterday at about 3 pm by unknown gunmen in Nkwanta South municipality Oti Region despite curfew in the Nkwanta township

It is barely one year now since the imposition of curfew following tribal conflict among some tribes in the areas on celebration of yarn festival

Meanwhile currently the curfew has been reviewed to 6 am to 8 pm

Since then the police and the military are working tirelessly to ensure there is total peace in the area but the said gunmen are still in the bush causing all this trouble

The body has since been deposited at the Nkwanta south municipal hospital morgue following investigation on how to get those gunmen arrested.
