Residents and Assembly members of Breman Essiam in the Ajumako Enyan Essam District are demonstrating against government and the ministry road and Highway after the contractor who is constricting Ajumako to Breman Essiam road abandoned the road while dust is killing them.
Residents of Breman Essiam says, the road was in good shape and the government of Ghana decided to expand the road but the contractor as abandoned the road for the past one year while dust is killing them.
The contractor has done all the necessary things on road but left with the Bitumen surfacing
Some asthmatic patients and some residents said they are dying through dust while others says can’t wear white clothes which makes life difficult for them.
Meanwhile three Assembly members in the Breman Essiam Electoral Area also called on the government to called the contractor to come and complete the road before 7th December 2024.
