NDC Boycotted Parliament Because Of Free SHS Bill, So Vote For NPP To Maintain Free SHS- Hon Proff Quarm

The former Member of Parliament for Amansie West Constituency in the Ashanti region and Senior Aide to Hon Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh (NPP Running Mate) Hon Dr Joseph Albert Quarm (PROFF QUARM) has appeal to Ghanaians to vote massively for NPP government to safeguard historic free shs program as recent Parliamentary boycotted by NDC Members of Parliament is evidence because they don’t want to approves the free shs bill.

According to Hon Dr Quarm, NDC has no plans for the country governance and hence Parliament boycotted for several months which is uncalled for.

Previously, access to shs admission was hectic as many have to go for loans but the intervention of NPP government, this canker has become things of the past as both poor and rich are on the same pedestal and hence the humble appeal to Ghanaians especially Asanteman been the strong hold of NPP.

Again, in terms of digitization which has been global phenomenon for economic fortune, Hon Dr Joseph Albert Quarm commended HE Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo and HE Dr Alhaji Mahamadu Bawumiah for their vision on digitalization that has boosted Shs students in Information Technology which has paradigm future prospects in globalization as the vision is imperative and deserves continuity of governance on 7th December elections
