Tension Mounts In Ga South , MCE Debunks Alleged Thumb Printing Of Ballot Papers.

The MCE for Ga South municipal Hon. Joseph Nyarni Stevens has debunked allegations being circulating on traditional and social media that NPP was spotted thumbprinting ballot papers in a hotel where military personnel are based at Galilea near Kasoa.

According to the MCE, it’s a calculated attempt by some unscrupulous media reporters to tarnish the hard earned reputation of NPP in the Ga South municipality.

Hon. Nyarni Stevens described the reportage as fallacy, fabrication, unprofessional and false which has generated unnecessary tension in the area.

He has therefore urged the general public to treat the news as false and has charged journalists to be circumspect and give accurate reportage in their line of duty.
