NDC Chairman Accuses An Appeal Court Judge Of Confiscating His Lands In Jaman North

The former Jaman North Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Bono Region, Alhaji Adam Brimah, has leveled accusations against Mr. Emmanuel Ankamah, an Appeals Court Judge, alleging that he has exploited his judicial authority to expropriate his land plots.

During a press conference, Chairman Alhaji Adam Brimah underscored that the aforementioned Appeals Court Judge is attempting to wield his veto power to seize lands that he painstakingly acquired and for which he possesses all the necessary documentation.

Consequently, he is appealing to the president-elect to collaborate with the Supreme Court Judge to aid in reclaiming his lands.

He expressed deep frustration over the manner in which certain judges are driving Ghanaians to despair, even leading to tragic outcomes, due to poor judgments and abuse of power, urging the government to address this pressing issue without delay.

A concerned resident of Jaman North, during an interview with Angel News, earnestly appealed to H.E. John Dramani Mahama to collaborate closely with the Supreme Court to ensure that all judges who render unjust verdicts under the sway of financial inducements or other enticements are removed from the judiciary to sanitize their profession.
