King Faisal Appointed Sabuto Prince Acheampong As New Coach

King Faisal have appointed Sabuto Prince Acheampong as the new coach to replace Barnabas Awuni who lost his role few days ago.

Sabuto was the coach of King Faisal in 2014 but lost his role when they suffered relegation and he clashed with the club’s owner Alhaji Karim Grunsah. As a result, he was sacked via WhatsApp, something which was not common a decade ago.

“We are thrilled to announce the appointment of as our new Head Coach,” a club’s statement read.

“Coach Acheampong, a familiar face, returns to our team for a second stint, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise. He succeeds Barnabas Awuni and will be tasked with leading our team to even greater heights.

“We look forward to an exciting new chapter under his leadership,” the statement added.
