Accra Estate Developer Calls On IGP, Presidency To Intervene As Notorious  Landguards  Demolish Buildings In Trade Fair Tse-Addo

A Developer and a resident in Tse-Addo , Accra Dr. Benjamin Amuzu has registered his dissatisfaction over high rising of landguards activities in the area.

According to Dr. Amuzu, landguards numbering up to 15 led by one Mr. Greenham have allegedly demolished his five houses under construction at Tse-Addo behind Trade Fair.

With regards to the above information, Dr. Benjamin Amuzu has charged the IGP COP Dr. George Akuffo Dampare and the current government led by President John Mahama to intervene and make sure justice prevail.

The victim Dr. Amuzu in a press briefing with the media hinted that, the case was officially reported at the Greater Accra Regional Police command and few minutes later 11 of the landguards were arrested but the saddest part of the issue is that, the landguards were released the same day after few hours in the pretence of order from above.

Moreover, he noted that Mr Greenham who is allegedly behind the barbaric landguards activities is using names of some big men at the presidency to seize lands in the area but appealing to the IGP and the government to act immediately before things get out of hands.

We have legitimately acquired the land with documents from the allodial owners so we don’t know why Mr. Greenham think he can take the law into his own hands and do whatever he wants, he said.
