Jealous Lover Who Allegedly Set Girlfriend’s Children Ablaze Over Break Up Request Arrested

It will be recalled that our reporter, Nana Fynn, broke the story of a jealous lover, identified as Joseph Richard, who allegedly set fire to his girlfriend’s room after she requested a breakup.

The tragic incident occurred around 3 AM at Axim in the Western Region of Ghana while the woman’s children were asleep.

The victims, 16-year-old Joseph Ben and 3-year-old Richlove Asiedua Yeboah, sadly passed away at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital while receiving treatment.

Acting on a tip-off, the police have arrested the suspect in the Ningo-Prampram District.
