Another  Despite Media  News Presenter Joins Sompa Media

News anchor, Akua Agyeiwaa Kodie, is making a bold move after resigning from Despite Media last Tuesday.

Sources close to me reveal that she’s set to join Accra-based Sompa 106.5 FM, under the umbrella of Teraone Media!

Before her departure, Akua Agyeiwaa Kodie was the face of “Ghana This Week,” a popular news bulletin on Peace 104.3 FM, airing every Saturday at 6 pm. She was also the mid-day news anchor on UTV, a subsidiary of Despite Media.

In a surprising twist, Akua will be reuniting with her former colleague, Akosua Ago Aboagyewaa, who resigned from Peace 104.3 FM last month to take on the role of Station Manager at Accra’s Sompa 106.5 FM!
