National Ambulance Service Attended To 9,000 Emergency Cases In 2024 – Dr. Daniel Asare

Accra, Ghana – The National Ambulance Service (NAS) in the Greater Accra Region attended to 9,000 emergency-related cases in 2024, Regional Administrator Dr. Daniel Asare has revealed.

Speaking at the NAS Annual Performance Review held in Accra, Dr. Asare emphasized the service’s commitment to providing timely and quality pre-hospital emergency care to Ghanaians.

Dr. Asare reaffirmed the service’s dedication to strengthening its response capacity, improving training for paramedics, and enhancing ambulance dispatch efficiency.

Meanwhile the deputy director of Communication for the National Ambulance Service Mr Simon Kewura speaking at the side of the event admonished the media help project the good works of the Service and cautioned the general public to desist from publishing false news about the Service on social media.
