Minority Leader Cautions Students To Desist From Early Relationship To Avoid Teenage Pregnancy

The Member of Parliament for Effutu who doubles as Minority leader in Parliament, Hon. Alexander Kwamena Afenyo Markin has cautioned basic school learners to desist from early relationship and befriend their books.

According to the Effutu lawmaker, engaging in early relationship will lead them into teenage pregnancy which will drop them out from school.

Hon. Afenyo Markin encourage the learners to be curious with the studies to help them achieve their dreams in future.

He was Speaking to Angel news during the official commissioning ceremony of 6 unit classroom block for A.M.E Girls Zion Basic School at Effutu today.

However, the Effutu Educational Municipal Director Ms Diana Anderson on her side, praised the member of Parliament for his effort, dedication towards education and also encouraged the learners to embrace the opportunity to make their lives better in future.
