Residents, Nananom Call For Support To Boost Local Economy As They Establishes Modern Market Complex.

Nananom in Awutu Kwao Bondze community near Awutu Papase in the Awutu Senya West District of the Central Region have established an ultra modern Market complex and Lorry Station to boost the local economy in the area.

According to them, the residents have to travel far and near to Kasoa and Bawjiase Markets respectively before they sell and buy their farm produce but with this initiative believes it help attract other people into their community.

Also, with the Lorry Station initiative, residents can have easy access to transportation haven’t suffered for years.

Speaking to Angel news, Nana Kwesi Atopi who spoked on behalf of the Chief(Nana Atwere) revealed the initiative has become necessary for them to boost the local economy and thus appealing for support to enable them achieve their target.

Meanwhile, Secretary for Tiger Transport Services Association *Emmanuel Pink Dankwah* who are managers of the Lorry Station urged government to consider constructing the road from Awutu Papase to the Kwao Bondze community to enable them have a smooth transport.
