The Nigerian Flying Eagles have begun their final preparations for the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations in Abuja.
After a one month training camp in Katsina, coach Aliyu Zubairu has selected 35 players, including seven foreign-based professionals, for the final stage of their preparations.
The squad is largely composed of players who triumphed in the WAFU B U-20 Championship in Togo last year.
The Flying Eagles will be aiming for their eighth appearance in the competition, which will be held in Egypt from April 26th to May 18th.
They have been drawn in Group B alongside Egypt, Morocco, and South Africa.
The Flying Eagles are looking to make a strong showing in this prestigious tournament.
