Quality Education Stakeholders Call For Gov’t And Individual Support

The Stakeholders and Planning Committee of Fodoa Methodist Basic School in the Kwahu West Municipality of the Eastern Region is calling on the central government to come as a matter of urgency to provide support in the construction of the school block.

The management of the school’s call comes at the back of a rainstorm that has deteriorated the school infrastructure in the community.

According to Mr. Alex Ofori Frimpong, the Basic School Planing Committee Chairman, they have begun putting up the block to which they will need assistance from the government.

He acknowledged the overburden befallen on the government, but their is also one of the challenges facing the country in the educational sector.

Mr. Kwabena Baah, the Unit Committee Secretary of Kwahu Fodoa urged all past students to turn back and give to their alma mater which had trained them to where they are, for this is the time of difficulty for school and their assistance will will uplift the image of the school.
