We Need President’ John Mahamas Assistance To Commence Operations At The Namasua Cassava Factory – Christian Council Pleads

The Chairman of the Christian Council of Churches in Berekum East, Bishop Frank Awuah, has lauded President John Dramani Mahama’s “24-hour economy” initiative, asserting that it will ensure greater employment prospects to diminish the youth unemployment rate in the nation.

In an Interaction with Angel News, Bishop Frank Awuah entreated the President to assist the residents of Berekum Namasua by officially inaugurating the cassava processing factory, established during the immediate past NPP administration but rendered inactive due to a lack of raw materials and other minor necessities essential for its operation.

One of the members of the Christian council of churches in berekum prophet Prince Ofori implored the new Municipal Chief Executive for Berekum East to prioritize the completion of significant projects commenced by the previous administration within Berekum, rather than embarking on new initiatives.

He underscored the importance of continuous governance to foster the development and advancement of Berekum.

He urged the MCE to amplify the operations of the DVLA office in Berekum, aiming to alleviate the travel burden on drivers who currently journey to Sunyani or other locations for comprehensive DVLA services.
