I Will Build The Adum Devastated Market If My Appeal Is Granted By Asantehene- Hon Bryan Acheampong

The Member of Parliament for Abetifi Constituency and former Minister of Agriculture, Hon Bryan Acheampong has appealed to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu ll to give him the green light as facilitator to construct the Adum Blue light devastated market, which was consumed by fire.

According to him, it is very worrying that the source of these traders’ daily means being destroyed by fire causing a lot of mayhem to them.

Emphasizing that he would engage His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II when he arrived from his trip to the country and see if his appeal to construct the market would be granted by Asantehene.

Stressing that the construction of the market will be his own cost without the government facilitating when given the mandate to construct the project.

Hon. Bryan Acheampong made this statement during a visit to the affected trade area at Adum and had an engagement with the affected traders.

The former Minister of Agriculture made a donation of Gh¢300,000 to help traders rebuild their businesses.

He further called on other philanthropists who have the passion to donate to these traders, not to hesitate and do whatever they can to support these traders in any way they can.
