Craftsmanship Is Of More Profit Than Dealing In Hard Drugs – Chief Tells Youth

The chief of Kwabre Hemang in the Ashanti Region, Nana Appau Wiafe Ababio Saawansan, has cautioned the Ghanaian youth to desist from dealing in abusive drugs and focus on engaging in craftsmanship.

Nana Saawansan, gave this piece of advise during the launching and graduation of over 35 Shoemakers who received on the job training for some months as member of the Manhyia South Shoemakers Hub in Kumasi.

Speaking to the media, Nana expressed his profound gratitude to the Member of Parliament for Manhyia South, Lawyer Kyei Baffour and the former Minister for Energy, Hon. Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh, for such initiative.

He therefore urged the Ghanaian youth to work harder to be able to achieve their goals in life.

“It takes hard work, been a craftsman and determination to achieve goodness in life but not the use or dealing with hard drugs, or drug abuse”.

On their part, some of the graduands expressed their gratitude to the leadership of the Constituency for been supportive to them.
