Inadequate Logistics, Infrastructure Delays And Disrupts Judiciary Proceedings

Appeal court Judge Her Ladyship Marian A. G Jaware has stated that, the delay in the Judiciary administration by courts are basically due to inadequate logistics , infrastructure for judges to help dispensing justices on time.

Explaining her points, she said, there is pressure on the Courts because a number of cases being reported in a court a day is many for one judge to handle which drawback in the delivery of judgement.

She however added that, the new court complex built by the member of Parliament of Effutu will help decongest and reduce the pressure on the judges and from the courtrooms which will enhance effective delivery from the judges.

Her ladyship Marian A.G Jaware made this assertion when the Minority Leader in Parliament Hon. Afenyo Markin was commissioning an ultra modern high Court and Circuit Court complex in Effutu Gyangyandze, she said the judicial service is there to provide justice to all people who seeks for justice.

However, the Minority Leader and MP for Effutu Hon. Osahene Alexander Kwamena Afenyo Markin entreats the staffs who will be using the facility with dignity and maintain the project with care to extend the lifespan of the facility.

He also encouranged the people to be committed and believe in the judicial services for effective delivery of services.
