Surround Yourself With Competent People To Help President Mahama – MMDCE Adviced
Mr. Baah Acheamfour, the Ashanti Regional Secretary of National Democratic Congress (NDC) has advice the newly confirmed MMDC in the region to surround themselves with competent and people with expertise to enable them do their work diligently.
To him, this move if well practiced will help President John Mahama in his reset Ghana agenda to citizens.
“Each of you should identify areas where you think you fall short and surround yourself with experts who can help bridge those gaps,” he advised.
This, he noted, would enable the MMDCEs to tap into a wealth of knowledge and experience, ultimately leading to more effective governance.
He said, acknowledging their limitations and seeking expertise, the MMDCEs can foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
“This approach will not only enhance their decision-making but also ensure that the needs of their constituents are met”, he said.
Mr. Acheamfour’s advice serves as a reminder that leadership is not about being a lone genius but about building a strong team that can drive progress and development.
Mr. Baah Acheamfour, made this statement while he celebrated his birthday in a unique way.
The staff of the NDC Ashanti Regional office surprised him with gifts, filling the office with joy and camaraderie.
As he celebrated this special day, Mr. Acheamfour took the opportunity to offer valuable advice to the newly confirmed Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) in the region.
