Keke Drivers, Residents Cry Out Over High Spare Parts Costs, Poor Infrastructure In Ho Volta Region

Keke drivers and residents of the Ho Volta Region are expressing frustration over the high cost of spare parts and the deplorable state of infrastructure in their area.

.Despite a recent reduction in fuel prices, the drivers say they cannot reduce their prices due to the exorbitant cost of spare parts.

The residents also highlighted the poor state of infrastructure, citing the bridge on Polyclinic Road that is on the verge of collapse due to heavy rainfall and poor maintenance.

The Redeem Road has poor visibility, especially near the spare part shop, which has led to accidents.

Additionally, the Ho Station Road is plagued by traffic congestion due to the main station and additional outside stations causing road blockages.

Major roads like Mirage Road also lack sufficient streetlights, making them dangerous.

The residents and keke drivers are calling on the Municipal Chief Executive Hon.Stephen Adom, to address these issues and improve the infrastructure in the area.

.While they praised the former Municipal Chief Executive, Mr Richard Divine Bosson, for constructing some roads in the communities, they are waiting to see what the current administration will do to improve their living and working conditions.
