The NDC Effutu constituency in the central region have protested against the candidature of Rev. Atta Mensah who was nominated by president Mahama as Effutu MCE.
Speaking to the media, The Effutu Constituency NDC Chairman, Kow Micah-Turkson is calling on the Logcal government ministry and the President to revoke the nomination of Rev. Atta Mensah as the MCE nominee for the Effutu Municipality.
He said, they were not involved in the consultantation process that led to the nomination of Rev. Atta Mensah.
Party members protest in the constituency has entered day 2 as they continue to express their grievances.
