Afigya Kwabre South MCE Hon. Patricia Pearl Ankrah, Commissioned  Ten-Seater Toilet Facility At Afrancho D/A Primary School.

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Afigya Kwabre South Hon. Patricia Pearl Ankrah, today commissioned a newly constructed ten-seater toilet facility at Afrancho D/A Primary School.

The event was attended by the Municipal Director of Education, the Headmistress of the school, staff, students, and other dignitaries.

In her address, the MCE emphasized the government’s commitment to improving educational infrastructure and enhancing quality education for the people of Ghana.

He highlighted the importance of proper sanitation in schools and assured continued support for such developmental projects.

The Headmistress expressed her gratitude to the government and the Municipal Assembly for the facility, noting its significance in promoting hygiene and comfort for both students and staff.

Quoting the famous phrase from Oliver Twist, she humorously added that while they appreciate the gesture, they still hope for more infrastructural developments to further enhance teaching and learning conditions.

The ceremony ended with a tour of the facility and a collective commitment to maintaining the project for long-term benefit.
