A Suspected Thief Who Was Caught In The Action Leaves Baby Behind And Bolts Away

A suspected lady thief who was caught in the action by traders at the Suame market in the Ashanti Region has left her 1-year baby behind and has taken to her heels.

According to one of the traders (victim), Auntie Bee, their goods have seen numerical diminishing every now and then until this unidentified suspected thief was caught.

She said, the lady confessed to them that, that day was her first time of stealing from them, so she begged their pardon which the traders refused.

“On our way to hand her over to the Suame police command, she smartly bolted away, leaving her baby behind.

So we have handed over the baby to the Suame police command for the Social Welfare Department to take in charge of the baby.” She added.
