Royal Family Of Kaase Refutes Claims…Of Non-Existence Appeals For Otumfuors Intervention

The Royal Family of the Kaase community in the Ashanti Region, has firmly refuted circulating reports claiming that there are no royal descendants or heirs to the Kaase stool in the Ashanti Region.
At a press conference held over the weekend, Nana Abena Konadu, a prominent member of the royal lineage, addressed the media and dismissed the allegations as false and malicious.
She emphasized that her family remains the legitimate custodians of the Kaase stool, tracing their lineage directly to the royal bloodline.
According to Nana Abena Konadu, the misinformation being peddled by one Mensah Bonsu, a resident of the community was just an attempt to rewrite the history of Kaase forbids personal interest.
“Mensah Bonsu has not only denied the existence of the royal family, but he has also taken over lands and other properties belonging to the community.
He is selling these lands indiscriminately to enrich himself, and this cannot be allowed to continue” she stated.
Nana Abena Konadu made a passionate appeal to Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene and overlord of the Ashanti Kingdom, to step in and help resolve the matter.
She urged the Manhyia Palace to investigate the claims and restore order and rightful authority in the Kaase community.
