Student Who Gave Birth During BECE Returns To Complete Exams

A remarkable display of determination and resilience has been shown by a student from Presbyterian Junior High School who gave birth during the ongoing Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

Despite the challenges she faced, the student has made a remarkable recovery and returned to the examination center to complete her exams.

Today, she sat for the English Language and Career Technology papers, demonstrating her commitment to her education and her desire to succeed.

The student’s courage and perseverance in the face of adversity have been widely praised, and her story serves as an inspiration to her peers and others.

Speaking to Sompa Fm Bawah Baidoo, The head teacher of Presbyterian JHS Asenua in the Kwabere of the Ashanti region Mr Michael Tegah revealed that, the students (Francisca Mensah) was pregnant but before coming to the exams center.

He narrated what transpired before and after the delivery of the baby.
