Breaking News!!!! Lucky Tv, Herbal Centre In Kasoa Razed By Fire
A devastating fire has ravaged the Lucky TV, and Herbal Centre in Kasoa, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake.
The inferno, which started around 8am on Monday, June 16, 2025, is believed to have been caused by a gas cylinder explosion from one of the rooms where inhabitants were reportedly cooking.
According to eyewitnesses, smoke emanated from one of the rooms on the first floor of the storey building, quickly spreading to other offices, including staff accommodation, TV newsroom, and staff offices.
Fortunately, the apartment housing the Lucky TV station was spared from the destruction.
Thanks to the prompt intervention of the Ghana National Fire Service, NADMO, and the Police, with assistance from passersby, the fire was eventually brought under control.
The Municipal Fire Commander, ADOII MARCELL KWAME AVADU speaking to the media advised the general public on fire .
Meanwhile, the NADMO Director for Awutu Senya East Municipality, Nash Nyamdey, described the incident as disheartening, while commending the Fire Service for their timely intervention.
