Thief Caught At Bogoso Tawiakrom

A young pragya rider popularly known as IGP was caught this dawn around 3am stealing from a washing bay around the new bogoso government hospital. It’s alleged the theft has been going on for a while stealing of engines, water tanks etc he was beaten mercilessly & tied to a light pole around the area naked. It’s said he uses the pragya which he rides as SPARE in carrying out his missions.
