The Municipal Chief Executive Officer of Afigya Kwabre South, Hon. Patricia Pearl Ankrah, has issued a clarion call to residents to prioritize cleanliness in their homes and surroundings.

According to her, cleaning should be a regular habit, not just a one-time activity during clean-up exercises.

Hon. Ankrah emphasized the importance of proper waste disposal, cautioning residents against dumping rubbish in gutters, which can lead to flooding during the rainy season.

She made these remarks during a clean-up exercise at Atimatim, which attracted thousands of enthusiastic participants.
