Acting Chief Justice Urges Collaboration To Expand CCADR Nationwide

The Acting Chief Justice of the Republic of Ghana, *His Lordship Paul Baffoe Bonnie*, has called for continued collaboration among stakeholders to expand the Court-Connected Alternative Dispute Resolution (CCADR) program nationwide.

According to the Acting Chief Justice, the CCADR program has shown significant promise in resolving disputes efficiently and effectively, reducing the burden on the court system, and promoting access to justice.

He added that, *138* courts are connected to the National ADR program of which *19* are in the Eastern Region which he believes such data confirms the importance of continued investment in the program.

The acting Chief Justice therefore call on mediators, partner institutions, Court staff, Registrars and the Bar to embrace the program as part of the Judiciary delivery process.

He therefore highlighted some success in the establishment of the Court Connected Alternative Dispute Resolution (CCADR)

*He made this statement during the launch of the ADR week in Eastern Region at Koforidua District CourCourt.
