Afigya Kwabre South Shines Bright Residents And Chiefs Unite For Clean-Up Success

The Municipal Chief Executive Officer of Afigya Kwabre South, Hon. Patricia Pearl Ankrah, has expressed her pride and satisfaction with the overwhelming participation of residents in the recent clean-up exercise in the municipality.

The clean-up initiative, rolled out by President John Mahama, aims to promote a clean and healthy environment.

According to Hon. Ankrah, the residents’ enthusiasm and commitment to the clean-up exercise have made her proud.

She noted that the chiefs in the municipality, including the Chief of Maase, Otumfour Boagyaahene Nana Appiah-Agyei, have also joined in the effort, demonstrating their support for the initiative.

I know that, when rating Afigya kwabere South will lead in the Ashanti region.

The event saw a large turnout of residents, who worked tirelessly to clean up the area and beautify their surroundings.

The Chief of Maase, Otumfour Boagyaahene Nana Appiah-Agyei emphasized the importance of maintaining a clean environment for good health and encouraged his people to participate in future clean-up exercises

“That’s why I’ve joined the clean-up exercise. I urge all my people to heed the call and join us in keeping our environment clean.”

The clean-up exercise was held at Maase in the Afigya Kwabre South municipality, with residents and chiefs coming together to make a positive impact on their community.
