Akwatia By-Election NPP Candidate Files Forms To Contest

Ahead of the Akwatia by-election slated for September 2 by the Electoral Commission, the parliamentary candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Solomon Kwame Asumadu popularly called “Akwatia King Solomon” has submitted his forms at the EC office to officially file to contest.
Solomon Kwame Asumadu has submitted his forms at the Electoral Commission office in Akwatia to contest for the upcoming Akwatia by-election slated for September 2 with hope to win and be crowned the member of parliament for Akwatia constituency.
The Akwatia constituency secretary for NPP, Mr. Eugene Opoku Acheampong speaking to the media has pleaded with the people of Akwatia constituency to vote massively for the NPP candidate, Solomon Kwame Asumadu for development and to honour their late MP, Ernest Yaw Kumi.
The former DEC for Denkyembour district and a member of the NPP campaign team for the by-election, Hon. Seth Ofosu Biri-Korang told the media that the NDC candidate for the by-election has credibility issues and isn’t credible to lead the Akwatia constituency as member of parliament hence the people in the constituency should vote for the NPP candidate, Solomon Kwame Asumadu.
The former organizer for Akwatia NPP and a member of the NPP campaign team for the by-election, Mr. Kwadwo Owusu Adiome emphasized that the NDC candidate for the by-election has targeted their strongholds especially Akyem Wenchi but he assures him of a woefully defeat come September 2.
