Alpha Investment Celerates 10th Annversary As It Donates To Remar Ghana

Alpha investment and Properties as part of its 10 years anniversary celebration has donated items and cash of ¢5,000 to Remar Ghana Childrens and Rehabilitation home in Nsawam in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
The company which was established in 2015 exhibited the charitable gesture by donating items worth over ¢40,000 and cash of ¢5,000 on August 22nd 2025 as part of celebrating its 10th anniversary.
The items donated included food items: bags of rice, drinks, packs of water, toilet rolls, soaps and more with cash price of ¢5,000 to mark it 10th anniversary which was officially launched last months July, 2025
The CEO Mr Newton Senyo Adjei speaking with the media explained that, Alpha Investment and Properties limited is a reputable Ghanaian and International real estate and investment company that sells genuine lands, houses and other properties in various locations across the country such as Accra, Kasoa, Kweikrom, Gyangyanadze, Nsuekyir, Winneba, part of Eastern Region and other part of Ghana with a very flexible payment plans.
Alpha Investment and Properties is a registered and licensed company that provides real estate services such as land sales, building sales and property investment opportunities focusing on offering affordable packages to suit it customers, Mr. Newton said.
The donation was led by CEO of alpha Investment and properties, Mr. Newton Senyo Adjei further stated that, this initiative was plan by his outfit believes in giving back to the society and putting smiles on the faces of the less privilege in our societies.
He has said this visit won’t be a nine day wonder but rather they will keep on visiting most of the Orphanage Homes especially, Remar orphanage home and rehabilitation Ghana and support them to care for the people.
Meanwhile, the caretaker of Remar Ghana Childrens and Rehabilitation Home , Samuel Mensah who received the items on behalf of the orphanage home expressed his gratitude and Appreciation to Alpha Investment and properties for the kind gesture and used the opportunity to however appealing for support as infrastructures in the orphanage is in deteriorating state.
According to the Caretaker, Remar Ghana Childrens and rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Home is a safe haven with over 500 childrens and inhabitants sited within Nsawam in the Eastern region.
He added that, the facility is battling with infrastructure deficit and some amenities that will help improve the living conditions of the inhabitants which they need the support of NGO’s and other Philanthropists to come to their aid.
