Bantama MP Francis Asenso Boakye Advises Party Aspirants To Direct Attacks At John Mahama

Hon. Francis Asenso Boakye, the Member of Parliament for Bantama constituency in the Ashanti Region, has advised all party aspirants to direct their attacks and insults towards President John Mahama regarding his campaign promises rather than targeting fellow party members.

He emphasized that the rate at which party members attack each other is alarming and could lead to division within the party, potentially allowing the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to gain an advantage.

Asenso Boakye made these comments during the commissioning of the newly built party office at Bantama constituency by Hon Asenso Boakye.

He was inspired by the votes obtained during elections, highlighting the need for a party office in a constituency like Bantama.

He stressed the importance of unity within the party, especially if they come to power in 2028, as division can undermine achievements.

In honoring past MPs who helped the party, Asenso Boakye named some offices after them, including Hon Henry Kwabena Kokofu, Cecilia Abena Dapaah, and the late Daniel Okyem Aboagye.

This is to show the love and hardworking they have done.
