Nananom Bans Landguard Activities, Calls For More Development In Awutu Ahentia

The traditional Ruler for Awutu Ahentia in Awutu senya west District Nai Mensah Otabil has called for development, creation of jobs and quality education as he bans Landguard activities in the area.

According to the chief, he has banned the activities of Landguards and rather innaugurated six Asafo members from the Royal Family who are expected to galavant the various sites to check land documents whenever developers are working on the land.

Awutu Ahentia community prohibits Landguards activities that is why it has became necessary decision to ban such unlawful activities in the area, he said.

Nai Mensah Otabil was speaking to the media to During the official sod cutting ceremony of Ultra modern durbar grounds and social centre today in Awutu Ahentia.

In addition, he emphasized on the need to construct the ultra modern durbar grounds and social centre to serve multiple of functions in the area.

The chief Nai Mensah Otabil has further called on fellow chiefs and community leaders to be agent of development since government alone cannot do it all.
