Wassa Wuratrem Commissions Ultra-Modern Computer Lab For Wassa Wuratrem D/A School In Amenfi Central
The chiefs and people of Wassa Wuratrem in the Amenfi Central District of the Western Region have commissioned an ultra-modern computer laboratory for the Wassa Wuratrem D/A Basic School to promote digital education and bridge the ICT gap among pupils.
The colorful ceremony brought together traditional leaders, education officials, teachers, students, and community members who expressed great joy over the long-awaited facility.
Speaking at the event, the Headmaster of Wassa Wuratrem D/A School, Mr. James Amuah, expressed his profound gratitude to the community and all stakeholders who contributed to making the dream a reality.
The Assembly Member for the Wassa Wuratrem Electoral Area, Hon. Samuel Amuah (Rapture), also commended the community for their unity and effort in bringing development to Wuratrem.
In his address, the Chief of Wassa Wuratrem, Nana Boaban II, praised the initiative and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting education in the community.
Adding his voice, a patriotic citizen of the community, Mr. Daniel Mensah (Abusua), lauded the leadership of both the Assembly Member and the Chief for their dedication to community progress.
The event ended with a tour of the facility, where attendees admired the modern computers, reliable internet connectivity, and a serene, air-conditioned learning environment — marking a major step forward in improving education in Wassa Wuratrem.
