Takoradi Scrap Dealers Demand 3.3m Gh Cedis Payment From Ndc Party Executives After Clash With Nat’l Security

Some Takoradi scrap dealers who claim to be supporters of the National Democracy Congress are demanding GH¢330,000 each they paid to party executives for 100 tons of railway scraps, after some National Security operatives today invaded and stopped their scrapping process at the railway station at the Takoradi Harbour.
After struggling with the National Security operatives and getting to know that what the party executives showed them at the time of taking their money was not to be scrapped, one of the agitated scrap dealer, Alhaji Razak, who on record claimed to have paid GH¢330,000 to the Effia NDC
Constituency Chairman, Seidu Adams, said they are going to the Regional Party to demand their money or the scrap.
