Ahafo Ano North MCE Promises Immediate Posting For Nursing Students After Completion

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the Ahafo Ano North Municipal Assembly in the Ashanti Region, Hon. Kwasi Adusei, has assured nursing and midwifery students that they will receive immediate postings upon the completion of their training.

According to him, the government led by the President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. John Dramani Mahama, is making significant progress in the health sector, including the continuation and completion of major hospital projects across the country.

He emphasized that these ongoing developments have created numerous job openings for health professionals, therefore nursing graduates should be confident that they will be posted without delay.

Hon. Adusei gave the assurance when he addressed members of TEIN of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) during the handing-over ceremony of executives at the Tepa Nursing and Midwifery Training College.

During the event, the Ashanti Regional NDC Deputy Youth Organizer and Ashanti Regional National Service Director, Mr. Emmanuel Reagan Fynn, also advised the students to ensure that their personal details and records are accurate before completing school.

He explained that the National Service Scheme (NSS) has upgraded its system and any errors in personal information could lead to removal from the registration list, as the new system aims to prevent past challenges and irregularities.

Mr. Fynn further encouraged the newly sworn-in TEIN executives to take their academic work seriously while balancing it effectively with their responsibilities in the association, reminding them that education should remain their top priority.

End.
