Minister Encourages Youth To Venture Into Entrepreneurship Training

The Deputy Minister for Works Housing and Water Resources who doubles as Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya West Constituency Hon. Gizzela Tetteh Agbutui has encouraged youth to prioritize skills to help develop themselves and contribute towards national development.


She hinted that, as 45 youth in Awutu Senya West Constituency have graduated with multiple skills as part of the Asumiapa Skills Training Program, an initiative by the member of parliament Hon. Gizzela Tetteh Agbutui.


Awutu Senya West Lawmaker in an interview with the press at the graduation ceremony has said that, this initiative which has helped over 400 young men and women in the Constituency with Skills Training is aimed at providing marketable and job- ready skills to help reduce unemployment and alleviate poverty within the Constituency.


Hon. Gizzela Tetteh has encouraged the young men and women to prioritize skills training to help develop themselves and contribute towards national development.


Meanwhile, the district chief executive for Awutu Senya West Hon. Kalala Nyamekye Eghan has commended the Member of Parliament for such initiative, citing that it will help reduce unemployment in the district.
