Afigya Kwabre South Set For Massive Development In 2026-MCE Assures

The Municipal Chief Executive for Afigya Kwabre South, Hon Patricia Pearl Ankrah, has assured residents of significant development in 2026, courtesy of the NDC government and the assembly.

“Don’t be worried if you don’t get development this year, next year you will have it,” she said, highlighting achievements in roads reshaping, education infrastructure, street lights, donations, and improved security systems.

Ankrah emphasized that more development projects are in the pipeline, including roads reshaping and asphaltic roads in some areas.

Speaking at a media encounter, she showcased developmental projects achieved since her appointment as MCE, expressing confidence that everything is going well.

The MCE assured residents that the assembly is committed to making Afigya Kwabre South one of the best districts, urging citizens to cooperate with the assembly and contractors for smooth project implementation.

With a focus on equitable development, Ankrah’s vision is set to transform the district, bringing benefits to all residents.
