Assin Kushea Anglican School Poised To Become Ghana’s Technical Skills Hub….Mr. Stephen Kwaku Osei A Philanthropist.

In a significant boost to ICT education in rural Ghana, philanthropist Mr. Stephen Kwaku Osei has donated computers and laptops to Assin Kushea Anglican Basic School.

This move aims to bridge the technology gap in areas where access to computers has been a challenge.

Ghana has been working to integrate computer learning into its basic education system, recognizing its importance in today’s digital age.

However, many rural schools still lag behind due to limited resources.

The Assin Kushea Anglican Basic School is one such institution that has struggled with ICT education due to a lack of computers.

The donation by Mr. Osei, through Brassvaly, is set to change this narrative.

The school is expected to become an ICT learning hub, providing students with hands-on tech experience and equipping them with essential skills for the future.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Mr. Osei urged teachers to make good use of the equipment and emphasized the importance of studying hard. “We expect great things from this school,” he said.

Headteacher Mr. Michael Quansah expressed profound gratitude to Mr. Osei and Brassvaly for their generosity.

“This donation is a game-changer for our school,” he said. “We’ve been struggling to provide ICT education, and this support will go a long way in bridging the gap.

We’re committed to making the most of this opportunity and ensuring our students reap the benefits.”

Some of the students of Assin Kushea Anglican Basic school revealed that, the computer is going to help them because most of them don’t know the part of a computer
