Gomoa Dahom Chief Calls On MP And DCE To Fix Bad Roads

The Odikro of Gomoa Dahom, Nana Kwaprah Ababio VII, has made a strong appeal to the Member of Parliament for Gomoa Central and the District Chief Executive to urgently fix the deplorable Gomoa Dahom road to support farmers in transporting their produce to the market.

He said the poor state of the road continues to affect economic activities in the area, particularly farming, which remains the main source of livelihood for residents.

Responding to the concerns, the Member of Parliament for Gomoa Central, Hon. Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as A Plus, acknowledged the challenges facing the road network and assured residents that steps are being taken to address the problem.

He also used the occasion to promise job opportunities for the youth in the constituency.

On his part, the District Chief Executive for Gomoa Central, Hon. Hackman Kwabina Aidoo, said his office is committed to working tirelessly to improve road infrastructure in the district.

He added that the roads in Gomoa would receive a facelift under the government’s “Big Push” infrastructure agenda.
