Ashaiman Constituency Chairman Backs Ken Ohene Agyapong

The Ashaiman Constituency Chairman for the New Patritic Party, Alexander Amanor Narh-Gbeeku, says he supports Kennedy Ohene Agyapong to win the primaries.

As the contituency chairman, he admits he has to be neutral but openly declares his support for Kennedy Agyapong taking a cue from the conduct of the regional chairman of the party, Eric Otu Agorhom who also supported Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia.

He does not expect any sanctions against him even though he ought not to openly support any candidate, the party hierarchy cannot institute any sanctions against him since it did not in the case of his regional chairman.

Mr. Narh-Gbeeku therefore expressed optimism of Kennedy Agyapong’s victory to provide the party with a sellable candidate going into the 2028 General elections.

The Ashaiman Constituency NPP chairman admitted that the various candadates have given the delegates some money for transportation, but that cannot amount to monetary inducement.
