Elderly Woman Burnt To Ashes In Bekwai Premaso Fire Outbreak.

A tragic fire broke out at Bekwai Premaso in the Ashanti Region, claiming the life of an elderly woman.

The incident occurred last night, and the fire is believed to have started in the woman’s room, spreading rapidly and destroying two rooms.

Assemblyman Ohene Boakye Romeo disclosed that the woman was sick and was alone in the room when the fire started.

Despite efforts to put out the fire, it was too late, and the woman was burnt beyond recognition.

The assemblyman is urging residents to be vigilant, especially when caring for the elderly, and to take necessary precautions to prevent such incidents.

He expressed his condolences to the bereaved family and promised that he will do his possible best to curtail such incidents
