OLA Girls SHS Appeals For Infrastructural Support.

Mr. Ernest Richard Amankwah Morgan, the Assistant Headteacher of OLA Girls Senior High School at Kenyasi in the Asutifi North District of the Ahafo Region, has appealed for urgent infrastructural support for the school.

According to him, the school’s administration block has not been completed, although the school has existed for many years.

He noted that the lack of adequate facilities is affecting effective administration and academic work.

He further stated that the school urgently needs a dormitory to accommodate students and additional classroom blocks to help stop the double-track system.

Mr. Morgan therefore appealed to individuals, philanthropists, and NGOs to come to the aid of the school.

Also speaking on the issue, Nana Agyemang Badu Kaakyire, Kyeame of the Kenyasi No. 2 Traditional Council, expressed concern about the poor state of the school’s infrastructure.

He lamented that some classrooms have potholes and that the administration block has been abandoned.

He appealed to the President, the MP, and the DCE to intervene and support the school with the needed infrastructure.
End.
