Police Arrest 12 National Security Officers, Two Notorious Landguards For Unlawfully Demolition Of Buildings At Gomoa Akoti.

12 National Security officers in a joint operation with two notorious landguards have been arrested by the Gomoa Ojobi District Police Command after unlawfully demolition over 60 buildings under construction in Gomoa Akoti and Ojobi enclaves.

Individuals and residents at Gomoa Akoti have been living in fear and panic for several years since notorious landguards invaded the area tormenting developers by demanding for huge amount of monies and when refused to pay grade down the building.

Some victims speaking in an interview with Angel news passionately narrated that the landguards and the National Security officers come at night and smash their buildings.

They further echoed that the landguards are tormenting their lives as appealing to the security agencies to beef up Security and send the pepertrators to face the law.

Meanwhile, traditional leaders in Gomoa Akoti have called on the IGP to intervene and jail the notorious landguards to serve as a deterrent for others.
