Poor Road Conditions Force Duaponkor Residents To Rely On Aboboya For Transport.

Residents and motorists plying the Kwamang-Duaponkor route in the Afigya Kwabre North District of the Ashanti Region are crying out for help.

The poor state of their road has become a major concern, with cars often breaking down due to the deplorable condition, leading to a decline in vehicular traffic.

According to locals, the road’s condition has made it difficult for them to transport goods to nearby markets like Boaman, Kwamang, and Abofour, which are key sources of livelihood for many.

They lament that despite the road’s short length, it takes an unbearably long time to travel, highlighting the need for urgent attention.

The residents are appealing to the authorities, specifically the district assembly, to intervene and use available resources like Drip machine to reshape the road.

They believe that with some effort, their plight can be alleviated, making life more comfortable and facilitating the movement of goods and people.
