Ghana’s 69th Independence Day Celeration.

The Ashaiman Municipal Assembly in partnership with the local government, Chieftaincy and religious bodies has laid out three programs towards the 69th Ghana’s Independence Day celebration.
Hon. Freeman Tsekpo who is the Municipal Chief Executive in Ashaiman speaking to the revealed there will be a prayer section which will be held in a church appreciating God for how far he has brought the people of Ashaiman, later, a parade will be held at the forecourt of the Ashaiman Municipal Assembly and the last activity will be a prayer that will be held in a mosque which will be led by the imam.
He added that, there will be a clean up exercise which is going to be organized by the churches especially The Church of Pentecost.
He further stated that, the people of Ashaiman has gone far and therefore needs a good factory which will be funded by the various churches and mosques in Ashaiman to make Ashaiman beautiful and attractive.
The Municipal Chief Executive explained to the media that, the local government, Chieftaincy, and various religious bodies have come together to build and ultra modern sport stadium for the people of Ashaiman which is going to cost 30,000 Ghana Cedis and later said there are other projects such as the 24 Hour Economy market which will take 2 years in completion.
Apostle Enoch Amoateng who is the head Pastor of Kingdom Faith Assembly and also the chairperson for Ashaiman Christian Community Development Network revealed there will be a clean up exercise which will help in keeping Ashaiman clean before the Independence Day celebration and that the church as a peaceful tool will come together to pray for the countries involve in the recent war.
He then called on to unbelievers to come to Christ since He is the only source of life.
