69th Independence Day Celebration Kwadaso MCE Urges Students To Shun Social Vices, Focus On Education.

The Kwadaso Municipal Chief Executive, Hon Eric Assebey, has called on students to refrain from social vices and drugs, emphasizing that they are the future leaders.

Speaking at the 69th Independence Day parade held at Kwadaso under the theme: building prosperity, Restoring Hope.

He reminded students that with the government’s prioritization of education, they must leverage the policies and opportunities available.

Hon Assebey referenced recent incidents of hooliganism in schools and stadiums, urging students to stay focused.

He assured that the municipal is committed to improving the educational system, including completing abandoned school blocks and enhancing infrastructure.

The MCE encouraged students to take advantage of government initiatives, such as the Free Senior High School policy, and make the most of their education.

He emphasized that education is key to Ghana’s development and urged students to be ambassadors of positive change in their communities.
