Start Preparing Now To Secure Victory In 2028 — Minority Leader To Tescon Students.

The Minority Leader in Parliament and Member of Parliament for Effutu, Alexander Kwamena Afenyo-Markin, has urged members of the Tertiary Students Confederacy Network (TESCON) of KAAF University to begin preparations early toward the 2028 general elections.

Speaking during the 2026 annual General Meeting of the KAAF University TESCON chapter, Afenyo-Markin encouraged the students to remain committed and work hard to help the New Patriotic Party (NPP) recapture power in 2028.

According to him, early preparation, unity, and active political participation among the youth are crucial to the party’s success in the next election.

“Delaying preparation is not the way to go; we must start campaigning now,” he stressed.

Meanwhile, the the President and the Vice President of the KAAF University TESCON chapter, Kojo Fosu Clement and Lamptey Serena said the group’s aim is to unite students and strengthen the youth base on campus to support the party’s quest to win power in 2028.

He noted that TESCON members are determined to work together and intensify their efforts to promote the ideals of the party among students.
