DCE, Mp Clears Off Over 60 Years Old Refuse Dump Sites In Six Communities To Rebuce Diseases Outbreak.
Awutu Senya West District Assembly Led by DCE, Kalala Nyamekye and the MP Gizella Tetteh have evacuated over 60 year’s refuse dumps sites in six communities to avoid cholera, Maleria and other air bone diseases in the District.
Residents in six communities in the have seen a sign of relief after DCE for the District evacuate all refuse dumps in these Communities.
The communities are Awutu Bereku, Awutu Obrachire, Akufo- krodua, Adawukwa Papaase and Awutu Bontrase
Speaking to Angel News, DCE Kalala Nyamekye said, the Assembly has also handed over Skip containers to all these communities to end dumping refuse indiscriminately.
Kalala Nyamekye also called on residents to desist from polluting the environment with refuses because very soon the Assembly is going to enforce the sanitation by-law to avoid diseases and anybody fund will be arrested.
Meanwhile Chief of Awutu Adawukwa and some opinion leaders commended DCE, Kalala Nyamekye and MP Gizella for coming to their aid because they have smell bad odor for years and because of that majority of it’s citizens have developed diseases.
